3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Downloads & One-Time Purchases: One-time purchases of digital products (including e-books and static assets) are backed by a 14-day customer satisfaction window. If you experience technical delivery failure or defect, contact support@clevercommand.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Subscription Services: Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via your account billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellations prevent future billing cycles.
